I was very surprised at the Professionalism from start to finish. Estimate was sent to me and was very detailed. After some discussion a contact was provided and signed by both, myself and Ethan. The crew showed up a 7:00 am ready to work. They started by covering all plants around the house including places with no plants. They had the roof stripped in a half a day and the shingles on the last half. During all of this going on there was cleaning up going on around the house and loading trash trailer with old shingles and old tar paper. At the end of the job all went around and did a final cleaning I was given a video of the top of my house from the drone they used to check to make sure all singles matched. The next day Ethan came to the house to do a final inspection and to ask me if I had any problems. We talked about how good they did. He asked me if I was in touch with my insurance company, I said no , do I need to be? He said I needed to talk to them because the singles they put on my house were Class 3. He offered to help with the paperwork. He was correct, they did give me a discount. Thank you RoofersLLC I will recommend you to people I know that need roof repairs.

I was referred to this team by a friend and couldn't be happier with the result. I had a great experience with Roofers LLC on my recent roof project. Kegan Moore and the team were very professional, showed up on time, and kept the site clean throughout the job. Kegan and Matt answered my many questions and kept me informed on status all along the way. The quality of the work is excellent, and they handled the details around the turret and solar panels perfectly. I sent Ethan my concerns with a roof leak especially with a tropical storm coming this weekend. He had someone come out the next day! Matt showed up and was extremely professional and just an all around great guy. Offered advice and wasn’t trying to just make a quick sale. I wouldn’t and won’t use anyone else!

I am so please with the quality of work from Roofers LLC. They made an appointment and actually showed up on the right day and provided the quote efficiently. They done exactly what was quoted and even removed the dog toy that was clogging my gutter. The repair matches great with my roof. I had high hopes that this company was going to be different, however, it appears they are not.. I called about a roof repair, they came out, gave me a quote and then I emailed them with a question..they never responded to the email, so I called..they answered and when I asked if I was scheduled for the repair, they said they'd call me right back. I've never heard back from them..so disappointing.

They have been very prompt with rectifying the miss communication and have worked with me in getting my work scheduled.. they were very helpful, professional and courteous on all of this..it is greatly appreciated.

I spoke with or met with Matt, Ethan, and Keagan. Matt was super helpful in answering my millions of questions and concerns about every little bit of the process. He was patient, informative, and helpful. Very professional, very knowledgeable… everyone involved did a phenomenal job of making sure communication and processes were smooth and efficient. I am extremely happy with how the roof came out, and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs roof replacement. Roofers LLC did a fabulous job for me! They were my absolute first choice and I’m delighted that I hired them!
Replacing my roof was not something I was planning on this year. But due to homeowners insurance requirements changing due to hurricane Helene, it was unavoidable.
My initial estimate appointment provided me with pictures of exactly what was going on with my roof, reassurances that what I was required to do was needed and various inclusions/exclusions on the estimate for me to choose from, at my request.
Throughout the entire process, even with Christmas and New Years in the mix, I was reliably able to get a reply from Roofers LLC. I was never ignored nor did they make me feel like an annoyance.
Pictures were provided throughout the process. Since I’m not getting on a ladder, this benefit was vital. (They have a super duper online customer cam feature for you!) the Customer Cam feature also provided me with photographic proof my insurance company required of me. Every step along the way was explained thoroughly and completed or corrected as expected.
For the single women out there who have had bad experiences with men they have hired to do work on their homes… no one at Roofers LLC ever talked down to me, criticized my home or ability to maintain it (although I struggle) treated me as lesser than or dismissed my questions and concerns as they arose. I absolutely recommend Roofers LLC to you, specifically (and yes, there were a few snags. So this isn’t coming from an experience that was straightforward and smooth sailing). Roofers LLC treated me with respect and dignity. They will take care of you as if you are a beloved sister, mother or friend. You cannot ask for more than that. If you know, you know.

I think they are great Matthew White can and checked my medal roof for wind damage it didn't have any damage but it did have some loose screws and some some cracked places in the caulking around my chimney pipe he tightened the screws and put some caulking around my chimney and didn't charge me anything I thought that was very nice of him if I ever need anything done to my roof Roofers LLC will be who I call Thank again Matthew White

I needed a roof replacement before a deadline & I called multiple roofing companies. I left a voicemail with one & got a call back two days later. When I called Roofers LLC before I could even leave a voicemail, Alex was calling be back. He was tremendous in gathering all my information & history of the roof. He scheduled an appointment the next day (which was Christmas Eve Eve) & inspected my roof which was desperately in need of a new roof. Alex gave me a hard date & they delivered. Roofers LLC completed the new roof in one day & thoroughly cleaned up all the debris. I am highly impressed with the work this crew has done. Although, after our interactions & how thorough Alex was- I expected nothing but the best from this team & they exceeded in every aspect. The roof looks great from down below & I am so thankful I chose roofers LLC. Alex was extremely transparent & went above & beyond to make sure everything was completed & communicated the entire time. Alex sent multiple videos, FaceTimed, & uploaded all photos to a website I could view from the first inspection date. I can’t thank you & your team enough. I look forward to seeing more of it tomorrow in the daylight & can rest easy knowing it’s done. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience with Brian Ledford and his amazing team. They were very professional ! In fact, the team arrived around 8 for the removal of the old shingles…my roof was in extremely bad shape. Before I knew it they were installing the new one ! They completed my roof in one day and tripled checked for any nails on the ground. Mr. Ledford, his son and Kegan were able to answer all of my questions and concerns…One thing that I appreciated is that I was given documentation of the type of shingles I purchased as well as warranty information in the event that I need it down the road. In addition to that, Roofers LLC make it a point to come out each year to inspect their customers roofs to make sure that things are as they should be. If there is any thing that needs to be addressed they bring it to the attention of the home owner. As my roof gets a little more age on it, I promise to leave an even better review as to how it’s holding up .

Tyler came and inspected our roof to see if the previous roofers did their job and also looked for storm damage. He said everything was great and took pictures for us to reassure us of his finds as well as protect us form any upcoming issues we may run into with solar panel maintenance. He could could have told us we needed repairs in order to drum up some work, but he didn't. He not only gave us peace of mind and protection to assure we receive quality work for the future, but he did it for FREE! He stated "he couldn't in good conscience, charge us just to ltake look" . Not only did he do the inspection for free, but helped my husband finish cleaning our gutters! Who does that, anymore?!
We appreciate his professional opinion, and his honesty and moral ethics even more!
He is a smart guy. Word of mouth in your community is better than any paid advertisement. I wish there were more businessmen like Tyler Jenkins.

Insurance adjuster only wanted to pay for partial roof replacement on the front of my home with a few repairs to the back. Ethan went toe-to-toe with adjuster and explained that wasn’t possible. He secured a full roof replacement from insurance company and got the job done quickly. All the employees were respectful and did a good job cleaning up after. Highly recommend!!

Roofers, LLC was great from start to finish. No one wants to replace a roof but the Ethan and Alex made the process so smooth and easy and the roof looks fabulous! Alex came out to do our estimate and actually took the time to explain the pictures he took. He went over my options in length and even advised me on the good and bad of filling with insurance. The day of, everything ran efficiently. Ethan checked on me a couple of times to make sure my dogs and I were good since we were home. They cleaned up everything so good, you couldn’t even tell they were there. They went over our yard multiple times the day of, and twice the next day to make sure all the nails were up. They followed up multiple times to make sure everything went well and that we were happy. I just can’t say enough good things about these guys! I highly recommend Roofers, LLC

By far the best company I have done business with in a long time. The price was good for all the work involved and quality materials. They have options for financing that others don't offer. David and Diego have superb communication skills and responded to every phone call. Very meticulous with Parker's supervision on site during all the installation process including the cleanup. I highly recommend them. This company exceeded my expectations and went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied and happy with the entire job. The crew was also great . These guys were the key component in a very favorable roof damage insurance experience. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Knowing we have little kids they even sent a guy to do an additional sweep of construction nails around the house a day later just to make sure cleanup was done right. All quotes and costs were accurate and everything done in a timely manner. I had little experience with my insurance provider but these guys help answer all those questions and made communication seamless. Job well done! God bless

These guys were fantastic. Great sales team, professional and fast installers! This whole stressful process was made incredibly easy by these guys. 100% would recommend them to anyone. Unfortunately my insurance would not cover or even help with the cost of my new roof. Roofers LLC ended up doing my roof for $8000 less than I thought I was going to have to pay. I’m beyond happy and impressed.
