FOAM ROOFING

Foam roofing is made of polyurethane foam and an elastomeric layer. An elastomeric layer is a water-resistant film that is meant to preserve the roof from rain, water, and sun. This material is used in foam roofs as an insulation material.

Foam Roof is a popular alternative for residencies and commercial buildings that use flat roofing because it has high durability, is relatively easy to install, and is energy efficient.

SPRAY FOAM COMES IN TWO SAMPLES: OPEN-CELL AND CLOSED-CELL.

Open-cell foam is normally restricted to interior foam insulation. In polyurethane foam roofing purposes, closed-cell foam has higher consistency and more reliable insulation against water and air infiltration.

To install a Foam Roof you need to create a mixture that combines isocyanate and polyol chemicals and spray it over a roof deck or underlayment. Once the mixture reaches the roof surface, it expands – stretching 20 to 30 times in size, or 1 to 1.5 inches – and produces a thick foam coating.

To make sure that the foam doesn’t get damaged by UV radiation, fire, and other natural elements, another layer of silicone or elastomeric needs to be applied.

These guys were the key component in a very favorable roof damage insurance experience. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Knowing we have little kids they even sent a guy to do an additional sweep of construction nails around the house a day later just to make sure cleanup was done right. All quotes and costs were accurate and everything done in a timely manner. I had little experience with my insurance provider but these guys help answer all those questions and made communication seamless. Job well done! God bless

These guys were fantastic. Great sales team, professional and fast installers! This whole stressful process was made incredibly easy by these guys. 100% would recommend them to anyone.
